note 98421 added to function.quoted-printable-encode

Above function by tzangerl works fine but brings up problems in some email clients (i.e. web reader "GMX" using Chrome) if there are longer links or image urls because of the hard line break. You should consider using soft line breaks (=\r\n instead of =0D=0A=\r\n) when wrapping and using the hard ones only for "real" line breaks.
