$path = basename($_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']);
will give you all behind the own accessed php file.
e.g.
http://localhost/rest/myservice.php/captureme
if you want capterme, you can use
$path = basename($_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']);
and you have it.
