----
I've discovered that when using a URL reference
with getimagesize and the file name or path contains
space characters the space characters must be
converted to '%20' before getimagesize will work.
Example:
getimagesize("hello there/file with spaces.jpg")
will work fine BUT
getimagesize
("http://www.mydomain.com/hello there/file with
spaces.jpg")
will not and must instead be rendered as:
getimagesize
("http://www.mydomain.com/hello%20there/file%20with%20spaces.jpg")
in order for it to work properly.
