Be carefull when validating dateTime string with date_parse function. Php 5.3 has a bug in
date_parse function. Any time starting with hour 24 return no warning or error.
For example:
date_parse('2010-1-1 24:00:00'); = no warning or error
date_parse('2010-1-1 24:59:59'); = no warning or error
date_parse('2010-1-1 25:00:00'); = error: Unexpected character
