You can just foreach through through the $header->to
something like this :
<?php
$header = imap_headerinfo($stream , $msgnumber);
foreach($header->to as $object => $property)
{
echo $property->mailbox . '@' . $property->host ;
}
?>
You'll get all the data in the object array of To.
