note 99163 added to function.imap-fetchstructure

In some cases imap_fetchstructure() triggers the message "Notice: Unknown: Warning: MIME header encountered in non-MIME message (errflg=3)". It seems that this error can not be captured by an @ before the function or by setting error_reporting(E_ERROR).
