1. Better solution to exclude this function from your source code.
2. Else, we can to check for PHP Version:
if (version_compare(PHP_VERSION, '5.3.0', '<'))
{
set_magic_quotes_runtime(0);
}
3. More simple, but not a better way for a programmer, just to hide error using @:
@set_magic_quotes_runtime(0);
