A good explanation of lazy_functions and lazy_classes is available at http://tekrat.com/2009/03/10/apc-lazy-loading-initial-support/
Basically, it delays coping opcode from the cache to the PHP process until it is needed. This saves
copying code that is never executed in a given script execution (functions that aren't called,
classes that aren't used).
