note 99534 added to function.highlight-string

I’ve created a function based on Dmitry’s one that parses XML using regular expressions but it has a bit more features and it handles <![CDATA[ * ]]> and <!TAG* /> tags, with support for comments in XML and all sorts of nice colors.
