note 99559 added to function.imap-headerinfo

Hi all, this API is mixing everything with "Unseen" and "Recent". Both of them contain answer from the other flag?! This make it ridiculous and none sens flags. Unseen should be : Unseen U, ' ' for seen. Recent should be R for recent, ' ' for none recent. THAT'S IT. not 3 flags position in one and 2 in the other. This result in : if you want to extract unseen, you need to cross check. I hope they will ajust this.
