i`ve the same trouble after the install php 5.2.14-nts on IIS6 (Win2003Server)- try to open-dialog
when php-file is opening...
I`ve to manual add .php in "Application configuration" ... \system32\inetsrv\fcgiext.dll
(even this option selected in installation - "Script executable")
this solved the problem :)
