Using WAMP, XAMMP, EasyPHP or all those packages are stupid. If you want to learn how to setup a
website or code a website you also need to learn on how it works.
So install apache then install PHP and Mysql on it.
It's not that diffucult, it just takes more time but you learn from it ;)
