note 100182 added to soapclient.soapcall

For those getting "SOAP-ERROR: Encoding: object hasn't 'newOrderRequest' property" type errors, there is an additional bug that doesn't seem to be documented anywhere. For 2+ elements, you need a numeric array but the keys *must* start from 0 and *must* be sequential. If not, you will get this validation error.
