Another way to run php scripts without php.exe or .php extension:
1.run
assoc .php=phpfile
ftype phpfile="C:\PHP5\php.exe" -f "%1" -- %~2
2.put php.exe in your path
3.Add ";.PHP"(without quotes) at the end of PATH_EXT environment variable.
then you can run "script.php" with "script"
