note 100201 added to libxml.constants

For silver dot alecs at yahoo dot com (and everyone else): I believe that the LIBXML_NOBLANKS options is for empty CDATA nodes only. AKA, white space. The white space would be the blank spaces you use to make the XML document look "pretty" when outputted as a string.
