note 100231 added to function.strip-tags

Referring to nauthiz693 12-Jun-2009 08:31 Modified strip_tags_attributes function is working great. I think the functionality should be included to strip_tags function. I though would like to add a note or change the default value for $allowattributes parameter to the function. If you would like to allow '<p>' but remove all attributes you either have to call strip_tags_attributes($string,"<p>",""); or change the default parameter to $allowattributes="" in the declaration and call strip_tags_attributes($string,"<p>");.
