note 100259 added to function.strip-tags

These are phantastic functions! But as a newbie, i would like to know, how they can be used together with firefox and maybe a proxy, to strip off those tags from pages visited in the internet. I mean, i somehow need a way to use them transparently within the firefox or the proxy to get away such things like "mouseover" ... Or is this only possible offline?
