Contrary to what public at grik dot net said (http://us3.php.net/manual/en/ini.sections.php#93733),
I found that [HOST=example.com] does not have any effect when you are accessing the site as
www.example.com, you must specify the subdomain as well e.g. [HOST=www.example.com]
