Can somebody further explain what each of the parameters are for this function? All the sample code
is worthless because it doesn't help at all to just call the function and put some undefined
variables in there as parameters. For example, is the XML SOAP Request string the entire SOAP XML
or is it what would normally be the associative array passed into __soapCall() in XML form? Is the
SOAP action supposed to be the SOAP function name or is it something different? I'd like to
see a REAL practical example, not just a function call surrounded by meaningless code.
