Someone might know this one.
Todays date: 2010-11-01
On version 5.3.1 of PHP
date_default_timezone_set('Australia/Sydney');
echo strftime("%Y-%m-01", strtotime("last day of last month"));
Returns 2010-10-01 as expected.
However on version 5.2.9 of PHP:
date_default_timezone_set('Australia/Sydney');
echo strftime("%Y-%m-01", strtotime("last day of last month"));
returns: 1970-01-01
Can someone explain where I am going to horribly wrong?
