note 100724 added to install.windows.iis7

I can't configure Windows Server 2008 R2 with PHP 5.3 CGI Module. I followed the instructions but i just get to display de code of my php file, i create a new one with the phpinfo() and get a warning about timezone, but does not show anything. By the way the two last script mentioned to execute via console, doesn't work either with WS2008R2.
