How can I open an UTF8 directory, this is not working:
$dir = 'M:\\test\\1999 å½±æ\\';
$dh = opendir($dir);
----
$dh returns FALSE
of course I tried various conversion functions like:
$dir = mb_convert_encoding($dir, "iso-8859-1", "UTF-8");
or
$dir = iconv( "utf-8", "iso-8859-1", $dir);
anyway, nothing work :(
