Save the Safe Mode !

I use it and it is very useful !!!
With combination of open_basedir, upload_tmp_dir, session.save_path and safe_mode_exec_dir with
limited binaries, the scripts are locked !
Plus, i use proftpd which allows virtual user !
So all my users are, for real, 1 user which is the apache user !
