Hey, thanks to contributors, but I think this is most correct check for rows in result:
// if rows exist
if (($result->numColumns() > 0) && $result->columnType(0) !=
"SQLITE3_NULL") {
// yes
}
else {
// no
}
The one provided by scally did not work for me.
Check this one, did not test it on 0 rows though.
