My environment is as below:
IIS - Version 5.1
PHP - php-5.3.4-nts-Win32-VC9-x86.zip
OS - Windows XP
I wish to install php manually in drive D: whereas OS installed in drive C:. After extracting the
files I like to configure it with IIS as instructed in the page mentioned above. When I am trying to
run it in browser I am getting the message 'You are not authorized to view this page'.
