The example given in the documentation returns:
ftp://ftp.example.com/pub/files/current/?a=b&a=c
When testing locally I got a different result:
$ php test.php
ftp://ftp.example.com/pub/files/current/?a=c
As you can see, when using HTTP_URL_JOIN_QUERY, the parameter will be overwritten if it was already
specified.
