Would it be possible to use preg_replace to remove the line of code a phrase is found in and every
other line after it without knowing what tag the phrase would be in beforehand? eg. say theres an
<a href..etc and in that line of code is the phrase, remove that line and everything after it.
But it could also be found within say a <p> or <b> tag.
