thx for the read/write ini functions, they work like a charm ...
except for that one small (easy to find) substr-bug in the readINIfile-function:
counting with substr starts from 0, not 1, so
<?php
if (substr($value, 1, 1) == '"' && ...
?>
should be ...
<?php
if (substr($value, 0, 1) == '"' && ...
?>
