I am running XAMPP on a windows box and the memory usage that the function is giving me is for the
entire instance of apache.exe. Thats a lot more memory than my single PHP process. Maybe this works
as expected on IIS, but not on apache! (I am getting a report of about 26MB on win vs. only 700k on
Linux).
