Thanks erwann for the code.
I was tryin to set password using ldap_mod_replace method but it didnot work.
I refered ur adsi code and its working properly.
Is there no way to ldap_mod_replace method to set password as im geting error"server unwiling
to perform" eventhough m encoding passowrd properly
