Another way to get a filesize > 2GB on Linux:
<?php
$size = trim(
stat -c%s $file_path);
?>
I don't know PHP and am [re]learning unix. This guy helped alot!!! I used the above to fix
the size error in FileThingie
[http://www.solitude.dk/filethingie]
I am using PHP5 [will they -ever- fix filesize()??] & Ubuntu
ymmv, esp. on windows. you might consider playing with system() or passthru().
