note 15322 added to function.setcookie

I encountered the following problem:
my web site begins with default.php. This file begins with setcookies(...).
When I tested it on my localhost(127.0.01) all work ok and cookie set. But when I upload on other
server 194.141.26.234 the cookie cannot sets. And this is only for the starting file in my web site.
In other php files I have setting of cookies and they work without any problem. Could anyone explain
me this problem?
