The error above from apache log is right.
"PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library
'folder_installation\php\\ext\php_openssl.dll' - The operating system cannot run %1.\r\n
in Unknown on line 0"
In my case, I copied these files:
ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll
into these folders:
folder_installation\php5
folder_installation\Apache2.2\bin
WINDOWS\System32
Just restart apache service and this solve the trouble.
Note: I did it in a Windows Server 2003. I didn't download these files from the site, I just
copied from another Windows XP successful installation. I noted that the size from files are
different from each folder.
