IE7 can have trouble with settings cookies that are embedded in an iframe. The problem lies with a
W3C standard called Platform for Privacy Preferences or P3P for short.
To overcome, include the header:
header('P3P:CP="IDC DSP COR ADM DEVi TAIi PSA PSD IVAi IVDi CONi HIS OUR IND
CNT"');
before setting the cookie.
