note 102436 added to function.setcookie

I've been pulling my hair for a couple of minutes (read: hours) and finally figured out why setcookie in my case, returned the "headers already sent"-error: The file in question was orignally saved as ANSI in Notepad and worked flawlessly, but when saved with UTF-8-encoding, it didn't work.
