After many attempts I managed to connect to a sqlserver with instances.
I can only connect if I put the port with the name of the instance don't let me.
$msServer = "SERVER_IP:PORT";
$msUser = "USER";
$msPass = "PASSWORD";
$s = mssql_connect($msServer, $msUser, $msPass)
with $msServer = "SERVER_IP\INSTANCE"; doesn't work.
with $msServer = "SERVER_IP\INSTANCE:PORT"; doesn't work.
