Correct some minor text in the instruction of Windows 7 / Windows 2008 Server.
Assume you put the PHP files in C:\PHP folder. Here are the commands for your easy copy-and-paste
into command-line.
Example #5
icacls C:\inetpub\wwwroot\upload /grant IUSR:(OI)(CI)(M)
--> change "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\upload" to the folder you will have others upload files
to your web server.
Example #7
%windir%\system32\inetsrv\appcmd.exe set config -section:system.webServer/fastCgi ^
/+"[fullPath='C:\PHP\php-cgi.exe'].environmentVariables.^
[name='PHP_FCGI_MAX_REQUESTS',value='10000']"
--> Change "{php_folder}" to "PHP" directly
Example #9
%windir%\system32\inetsrv\appcmd.exe set config -section:system.webServer/fastCgi ^
/+"[fullPath='C:\php\php-cgi.exe',arguments=''].environmentVariables.^
[name='PHPRC',value='C:\PHP\']" /commit:apphost
--> Add "%windir%\system32\inetsrv\" path
--> Change "C:\php\php.exe" to "C:\php\php-cgi.exe", otherwise it can't
find the place to add this setting.
--> Change "C:\Some\Directory\" to "C:\PHP\" directly
