I want to register my surprise about this class. There are some project decisions that seems strange
for me:
* Many methods prefixed with "f" (with the same name of old PHP functions). Why fgets
could not be simply "getLine"?
* fstat method in a class that extends SplFileInfo. Why?
* CSV specific methods could be in an specific class that extends SplFileObject.
