You can also set Apache directives when the PHP module is *not* available:
<IfModule mod_php5.c>
# Available
</IfModule>
<IfModule !mod_php5.c>
# No available
</IfModule>
And "php5_module" is a valid identifier as well:
<IfModule php5_module>
...
</IfModule>
