If you run 'CREATE TABLE' statements with mssql_query(), all columns that don't
explicitly specify 'NULL' will be created as 'NOT NULL'. The default for ALL
known databases (including MS-SQL) is to allow nulls (i.e. NULL). This driver's default is thus
irrational and may lead to strange bugs.
The issue is documented at: http://dba.fyicenter.com/faq/
