note 103573 added to datetime.formats.relative

There seems to be two typos in the documentation. For the ordinals, it says "eight" instead of "eighth." In the first note, it says "yesterday/midnight/today/noon/tomorrow are an exception..." and then later on says these "six statements influence the current time."
