I've been trying to use the exec to run the php-cli so it can run a script with some arguments
in the background. Seems that it does not accept both pipe commands and arguments. I'm not a
linux guru so there could be other means, but for now it seems I can only choose to send it
arguments, or run it in the background.
exec('php-cli -q /filetorun.php arg1 >/dev/null/ 2>&1');
