I am worried I'm doing something wrong since I get a warning when a release is done before an
acquire. But I am using a semaphore between two processes. The php process "signals" the
other process by releasing the semaphore the other process is waiting on... seems quite reasonable.
But I get a warning every time! This seems like it could be a performance issue, and it seems
totally unnecessary.
Or... am I doing something wrong?!
