note 103764 rejected from install.windows.iis7 by danbrown

Note Submitter: aleks_kleyn at mailaps dot org ---- I try to install php 5.3.6 on windows 7. I do not see how to install windows role and roles for IIS. I will appreciate if you add this text into your documentation. when I start application as you sugest in the text i see MMC with system tool, storage and service app. However probably these roles are installed because i was requested them when I setup IIS. Also I cannot find php-cgi.exe in distribution for php. The only exe file there is tiny.exe and no msi file. Thank you.
