note 103852 added to book.exec

I can't launch gui applications from php using any of the above or even the above windows scripting object. I have apache running in an exe, httpd.exe, and php installed as a module, running on Windows XP. I have been trying to get this to work for sometime, I would appreciate some help. ---- Server IP: 69.147.83.197 Probable Submitter: 206.255.136.153 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/book.exec.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/103852 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103852/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103852/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103852/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103852/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103852/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103852/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/103852 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/103852 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
