Thanks @manixrock(hat)gmail(doink)com, that function helped me a lot to convert character-tables.
I'd suggest to add :
$unicode .= '{'. str_pad(hex_format($o[1]),4,"0",STR_PAD_LEFT). '}';
And to the array:
'unicode' => $unicode,
