note 104109 added to oci8.installation

For those of you who would like to install this extension on an RedHat/CentOS server. It is actually pretty simple. Here is what you have to do: 1) Download the following RPM from Oracle: oracle-instantclient11.2-basiclite-11.2.0.2.0.x86_64.rpm (Version number can be newer and check if you need the 64bit version or not).
