note 104205 added to faq.installation

I am not a programmer. I have an SBS 2003 server and am attempting to load PHP 5.3.6. After installing and re-verifying each step here I cannot browse to the phpinfo.php page created. I have also gone through several other sites' instructions, these were the easiest to follow: http://www.howtogeek.com/50455/how-to-install-php-on-iis-6-for-windows-server-2003/ However I still cannot browse to the page. I have verified line by line, site after site and nothing. Does this work for anyone else?
