bundled means you have to activate the extension in your php.ini by uncommenting the line
"extension=php_intl.dll".
windows: and if you get "module php_intl.dll could not be loaded" error messages, copy
from your \php\ directory every .dll starting with "icu" into your
\<myapachedir>\bin\.
this cost me 2 hour of work, THANX php programmers.
