There is a bug in the comment code.
Replace ($ink1) <?PHP imagesetpixel($img, rand(1,500), rand(1,500), $ink1); ?>
with ($ink) <?PHP imagesetpixel($img, rand(1,500), rand(1,500), $ink); ?>
Using mt_rand() here will produce an image with a lot of noise.
